Q. How do I place my order?
A. Step 1: Click on SHOP NOW.
Step 2: Click on Product you want to buy.
Step 3: Click on ADD TO CART.
Step 4: Click on CHECKOUT where you must complete the details of your order and place your order successfully.

Q. Can I ship the products to an address that is different to my billing
address?
A. Yes. You can do this by filling in your address as the ‘Billing Address’ and the address you wish to ship it to as the ‘Shipping Address’.
Q. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
A. For all prepaid orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section. If your chosen mode of payment is Cash On Delivery, you will get an email and SMS from a Lafayre representative, on your registered contact details, asking you to reply with a ‘YES’ to confirm your order. Once you have confirmed ‘YES’, you will get a confirmation email and SMS on your registered email address and mobile number respectively.
Q. How can I modify the products in my order?
A. Once your order has been placed, your items cannot be modified. From the time we receive an order, our products are shipped out within a very short window, and once dispatched, cannot be modified. However, do write to us at info@lafayre.in for further assistance.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Unfortunately, we currently don’t ship to countries outside India! However, we’re in the process of expanding across the international market.If you’re keen on being kept in the loop, do email us at info@lafayre.in for updates!
Q. Does Lafayre have a store I can visit?
A. We don’t have a store as yet. However, we are available on our website, as well as across multiple e-commerce platforms, like Amazon & Flipkart.
Q. Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?
A. Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock. Simply click on the product, once you are on the product page, you will see an option that says 'Notify Me' and enter your registered email address. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a Kama Ayurveda account and are signed in at the same time.
Q. Why was my order payment rejected?
A. There are various reasons why this may have happened but we suggest the following step. Firstly, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Secondly, check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card some of the information may have changed. Please confirm your credit card details and try again in that case. Thirdly, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.
Q. How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional Code on my order?
A. When you have clicked on the ‘Checkout’ button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional Code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.
Q. What is your standard delivery time?
A. Our standard delivery time is 3-6 business days. All orders are dispatched between 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Please note the orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
However, due to COVID-19, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays. Please refer to our Covid Safety Measures Policy for more details. As per safety protocols while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any country at any time if so warranted.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances) International orders are dispatched within 36-48 orders subject to destination country guidelines.
You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status. Here, you will be assisted with a tracking number. The same will be visible in the ‘My Account’ section and will be emailed to you, along with the logistic partner details. In case of any issue with your order, we will notify you immediately.
Q. What is the expected time period for a refund to be successful?
A. All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 15 working Days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.
Q. How can I replace my items?
A. All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at customercare@lafayre.in within 48 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for refund). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product. Please see our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
