Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Return Policy

We’re sure you’ll never want to return a LAFYRE product. However, in the unfortunate event the product you have received is damaged/wrong, it can be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery, simply write to us at customercare@lafayre.in within 48 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for refund).

Please note that used products cannot be returned. To return the unused goods, please email us at customercare@lafayre.in with photos of invoice and product along with your order number.

Please note that the products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order by simply sending us an email at customercare@lafayre.in with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us atleast 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.

We will refund the your money via the same mode of payment used by the customer. The refund should appear in your account in 15 to 20 working days depending upon your bank.

Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

A refund can be provided on PREPAID orders only, basis eligibility under return and cancellation policy.

Your refund will be credited to the account used for the payment of your order, an estimated 15 days after initiation. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit will depend on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
